Online services: Our ensemble for members

Whether you register a work or access royalty overviews, submit your setlists or use our enhanced repertoire search, you are benefiting from our practical services; all of them are integrated in the Online Portal or accessible via our website. These tools are all intuitive and facilitate many tasks in your professional musical everyday life.

Our Online Portal: Many instruments combined in harmony

We have combined many useful services in our Online Portal. You can register your works, view your financial details and royalties or change your personal details. This saves time and paperwork. Once your account has been set up and activated, you can use all of our services.

Important Information regarding the availability of your Online Services

As part of the migration of our documentation data to the ICE database, some online services will be temporarily unavailable or available only to a limited extent from 2 November 2026.

Unavailable from 2 November 2026 until further notice:
  • Online Work Amendments
  • Minimal Work Amendments as well as Easy Acquisition of Publishing Rights
  • ECP Service
Unavailable from 2 November to 10 December 2026:
  • My Sub-publishing Agreements
  • My Repertoire and Repertoire Search (with ICE data)
  • Online Work Registration (original and sub-published works)
  • AV Notification Service

Wichtige Informationen zur Verfügbarkeit von Online-Services

Nach einer erfolgreichen Testmigration befinden wir uns nun auf dem Weg zum Go Live, also dem Umzug der GEMA Dokumentation in die ICE-Datenbank. Um den Umzug der Werk- und Vereinbarungsdaten durchführen zu können, müssen wir unser altes System schließen, die Daten sichern und anschließend in die ICE-Datenbank übertragen. In dieser Zeit werden einige Services im Onlineportal nicht oder nur eingeschränkt verfügbar sein.

Ab dem 2.11. vorerst nicht verfügbar:

  • Online-Werkänderung
  • Minimale Werkänderung und Easy Inverlagnahme
  • EBV 

Vom 2.11. bis zum 10.12. nicht verfügbar sind folgende Services im Onlineportal:

  • Meine Subverlagsverträge
  • Mein Repertoire und die Repertoiresuche (mit ICE-Daten)
  • Werkanmeldung (original und subverlegt)
  • AV-Anmeldung

The Enhanced Repertoire Search using GEMA data, as of 2 November 2026, will remain available throughout this period.

CWR registrations will be submitted directly to ICE from 2 November and will be processed from 10 December onward.

Please note: Manual work requests submitted by email between 2 November and 31 December 2026 will not be processed until January 2027. Please therefore submit such requests only in urgent cases.
Please also take the submission deadlines and timeline into account when planning the registration of works, work amendments, sub-publishing agreements and ECP submissions.

Bitte beachten Sie:

Manuelle Arbeitsaufträge wie z. B. Werkänderungen, die per E-Mail in dem Zeitraum vom 2.11. – 31.12.2026 an die GEMA geschickt werden, werden erst ab Januar 2027 durch ICE bearbeitet. Bitte prüfen Sie daher die Notwendigkeit einer Werkänderung in diesem Zeitraum eingehend und übermitteln uns diese nur in dringenden Fällen, da sich Ihre Änderungswünsche zum Zeitpunkt der Bearbeitung auf veraltete Datenstände beziehen könnten. Weitere Suchfunktionen innerhalb des Onlineportals, die auf Werkdaten zugreifen (z. B. die Werksuche bei dem Service „Werkeinstufung”) werden ebenfalls von der Abschaltung betroffen sein.

Die Erweiterte Repertoiresuche mit GEMA Daten (Stand 2.11.) wird durchgängig verfügbar sein!

CWR-Anmeldungen werden ab 2.11. direkt an ICE geschickt. Diese Meldungen werden ab Januar 2027 bei ICE verarbeitet, wenn alle Dokumentationsdaten der GEMA zu ICE migriert wurden.
